As a personal trainer, my goal is to help you define your personal fitness goals. Each client is unique so their fitness programs should be too. After going through our new client questionnaire, we will set up your complimentary consultation to discuss your needs, goals, and expectations. I want to help make fitness fun, convenient, and a part of your lifestyle while also being effective towards your personal fitness goals. I offer a wide range of training options including in-person and virtual training. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, or simply get in better shape, I can help. I’m Theresa Yost!
After graduating college in 2014, I quickly realized that corporate America was just not my passion. I’ve played a variety of sports growing up but it wasn’t until after college that I started on my own fitness and strength journey. I got NASM Personal Training Certified in 2015 and have been in this industry ever since.
I have always loved what I do and each day I find a little extra passion for fitness and training. My mission is to help you build a more confident you, both mentally and physically. If you are someone who wants a healthier body and mind but not quite sure where to start, look no further.

1:1 Virtual Training in Boston
The process starts with our new client questionnaire to help us define what your needs and goals are so we can work together to obtain them. Once you finish the questionnaire, I will contact you to set up your consultation. We will discuss all the details about training and answer any questions you may have. Then we will set up times that work for your schedule for our weekly sessions. If you’re interested in getting started just click the link below!
1:1 In-Person Training in Boston
The starting process is the same for in person and virtual sessions. Start by filling out the client questionnaire to the best of your ability. I will follow up with you to set up our consultation and then we will go over what equipment you have at home so I can start on writing your program to best fit you. We will then set up weekly times to meet virtually. This option is best for someone on a tight schedule but who still knows the value or health and fitness.

This depends on the client but I usually recommend starting twice a week for either 30 or 60 minutes. We can always adjust from there.

I am not a nutritionist, therefore can not provide meal plans. However, I am fitness and nutrition certified so I can provide nutritional advice based on your specific goals and training plan.

Nope! All equipment needed is provided by me or by the studio we’re at.

Absolutely! You are welcome to adjust your goals at any time and I will update your plan as needed.

I do both! Depending on your needs, financial situation, and how many people you would like to train with, we can decide if 1:1 or group training works best for you.

Yes. The more sessions purchased per week, the more discounted each session is.

The way I track progress varies by client depending on what each individual is comfortable with. My preferred form of tracking is weight, progress pictures, measurements, and strength. I adjust each program based on these results.

Yes! Virtual sessions via Zoom can be just as effective for many people and also saves time which can help with consistency.
